STRATEGY - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - EVENT VIDEO - PRODUCTION - POSTPRODUCTION
The project began with the task of developing a concept and strategy for the Polish-American Educational Committee of San Francisco’s annual fundraiser. We began the project by researching the history of Poland to find a focus for the event that celebrates the identity of Polish history. Leaning on a topic of “Barborka” largely known in Poland as a celebration for the miners we began our strategy creation.
As part of the campaign, Outlynx Media was responsible for creating the event’s visual identity, social media marketing, press release and day of video production. The social media campaign concept revolved around photographs representing formal attire during this period of time. Using engaging humor through our content strategy we were able to gain 470 organic Facebook followers in a period of 30 days with video posts boasting more than 40000 views. Most notably, all of the tickets were sold during pre-sale making this year’s funding raising event the most successful to date.
